5+ Years Building in the GTA
Hundreds of Ontario homes renovated across Toronto, Peel, York, Halton, Durham and beyond.
Global Construction Homes is a licensed and insured renovation contractor based at 35 Malta Ave. #12 in Brampton, Ontario, founded by Angrej Singh in 2020. We build legal basement apartments, complete home renovations, flooring and tile, decks and gazebos, and drywall and paint across Peel, Toronto, York, Halton, Durham, Hamilton, Guelph and Kitchener.
What separates us is not a slogan. It is that the person who quotes your job is the person who runs it, the price you sign is the price you pay unless you sign a change order, and nothing gets called finished until you have walked it and agreed it is.

“Renovations built to last a generation.”
Angrej Singh — Founder & Lead Contractor
Every project is delivered by one team under one fixed-scope contract — so nobody is standing between the framer and the finish, and no gap between trades becomes your problem.

A cross-section of recent builds — what the scope actually was, where it was, and what it took to get it right.
None of these cost extra. They are simply how we run a job, and they are the difference between a renovation you tolerate and one you would do again.
One contract, every trade
Framing, electrical coordination, plumbing, drywall, tile, flooring, paint and finish carpentry are all delivered by one accountable team. You never chase five separate trades or absorb the gaps between them.
Permit-first on structural work
Legal basements, load-bearing changes and raised decks are drawn, submitted and inspected properly. A permit costs less than a failed inspection, an insurance denial or a stop-work order.
Fixed scope, no moving numbers
Your quote lists materials, allowances and exclusions in plain language. Change orders are priced and signed before anyone picks up a tool, so the final invoice matches the number you agreed to.
Your home stays livable
Dust walls, floor protection, daily cleanup and a locked-down work zone. Most of our clients stay in their homes for the entire renovation.
Site photos every single day
You get a daily photo update and a running schedule, whether you are at work, out of province, or managing the property remotely.
Finished means finished
We do not leave for the next job until the deficiency list is closed, the site is spotless and you have signed off on every room.
They measured the ceiling height at the lowest duct on the first visit and told us straight away that underpinning would be needed. Two other contractors had quoted the job without mentioning it at all. That one piece of honesty is why we hired them.
